Founder and CEO at Fazal Rahman Coaching and Consulting, ICF-certified Coach Fazal Rahman has spent over 15+ years in the area of business transformation. Fazal has accelerated the growth of multiple business verticals to bring effective results in the areas of business transformation. He has played a pivotal role in resolving diverse challenges for the company by viewing them as an opportunity for growth thereby leading firms towards tremendous success. Currently, Fazal Rahman Coaching and consulting provide several services that include business transformation, leadership coaching, and personal coaching.

About Fazal’s Journey

Before the coaching industry, Fazal Rahman leveraged the growth of firms through his exemplary approach to business transformation. While commencing his job as a Store Manager for a leading value retail firm (Middle East), he moved to the coveted position of CEO after 14 years of excellence in the role. During his tenure, Fazal grew the stores from a mere 4 outlets to a massive number of 30 stores. His expertise in the area of brand development, employee and customer experience along with business sustainability resolved critical core issues to witness tremendous growth for the firm. He initiated this transformation in the firm by bringing a gentle shift from a people-oriented company to a process-oriented firm. As a business strategist and management expert, Fazal’s sound track record in bringing innovation to the various facets of business supported him in further expanding his areas of expertise to a global market.

Fazal forayed into the world of business coaching in 2018 while pursuing a certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As an ICF Coach, Fazal founded ‘Fazal Rahman Coaching and Consulting’ to further continue his passion for excellence in business coaching and transformation.- He is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (NLP Academy, 2020), NLP Master Practitioner (ANLP, 2019) and MDP - Strategy and Execution (IIM Ahmedabad, 2018)
