From Store Manager to CEO — and Now, the Coach Who Helps Businesses Scale Up
Fazal Rahman started his career in India’s corporate sector, unaware that the path ahead would lead to an extraordinary transformation.
In 2007, he moved to Saudi Arabia and joined a small family-run retail business that had only two stores and about 20 employees. He was assigned to set up and manage their third outlet — a seemingly simple task that would mark the beginning of a remarkable transformation story.
From his very first day, Fazal wasn’t content with simply running operations. He saw retail as more than just selling — it was about creating meaningful customer experiences and building systems that could grow sustainably.
He focused on customer experience, team engagement, operational systems, marketing strategies, and branding efforts that kept customers coming back again and again.
As results followed, so did responsibility. Fazal rose through the ranks — from Store Manager to Operations Coordinator, then Head of Operations, and by 2015, he became the CEO of the company.
Under his leadership, the small retail firm transformed into one of Saudi Arabia’s leading retail chains — growing from 2 stores and 30 employees to 30+ branches and over 1,200 team members.
Throughout his journey, Fazal encountered the realities behind business expansion — system inefficiencies, team challenges, leadership stress, and evolving growth perspectives. These experiences led him to a powerful realization:

In 2021, Fazal stepped down from his CEO position to start TX Consulting (TranformX) — a business consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs scale with systems, strategy, and leadership clarity.
At TX Consulting, every business is treated as unique. Fazal and his team dive deep into each client’s reality — designing practical, tailor-made strategies that help business owners achieve sustainable growth.
Today, TX Consulting co-creates practical solutions and growth strategies with entrepreneurs across the GCC and Kerala, spanning 15+ industries including retail, IT, education, fashion, food, and distribution.
These solutions have helped many businesses achieve up to 40% growth within just six months and continue scaling to the next level with powerful systems and clear direction for growth.
Over the years, Fazal has personally coached more than 100 business owners, helping them build scalable systems, powerful brands, and high-performing leadership teams.

He believes that leadership growth and emotional mastery go hand in hand — and that managing one’s emotions is key to managing people and achieving results.
He has completed over 800 hours of advanced training in Transformational Leadership under Prof. Manish Singhal of XLRI, one of India’s top leadership experts.
